Schluter-DILEX-EZ 6/9 profiles consist of rigid PVC side sections that are connected at the top and bottom with a soft PVC surface. Brass, chrome, or fluorescent material inserts are placed and coated with protective layer of transparent PVC on one side of the profile.

In special cases, the suitability of a proposed type of profile must be verified based on the anticipated chemical, mechanical, and/or other stresses.

Schluter-DILEX-EZ 6/9 is resistant to most chemicals commonly encountered in tiled environments. The luminous properties of the fluorescent version make it ideal for hospital and retirement home applications.
