Schluter-DILEX-BWA consists of a trapezoid-perforated anchoring leg made of recycled rigid PVC, connected by soft CPE movement zones to a dovetailed channel, also made of recycled rigid PVC.

In special cases, the suitability of a proposed type of profile must be verified based on the anticipated chemical, mechanical, and/or other stresses.

Schluter-DILEX-BWA is resistant to most chemicals encountered in tiled environments. The profile’s CPE movement zones are UV-resistant and contain no softeners. The CPE material is also resistant to a number of acids, alkalis, oils, greases, and solvents.
