- Eliminates the need for caulking

- 90° outside corners are available in two configurations: rounded corner integrates with RONDEC and a square corner integrates with QUADEC

Schluter® DILEX-AHK dispone de un ala de fijación perforada en forma trapezoidal que se fija en la capa de mortero adhesivo y una sección de mediacaña que forma la superficie visible. El radio de 3/8" (10 mm) del perfil hace de DILEX-AHK una opción atractiva para encimeras, respaldo de encimeras y transiciones dado que previene la acumulación de suciedad y facilita la limpieza. El perfil separa baldosas que unen en esquinas interiores donde se anticipa un movimiento limitado. DILEX-AHK previene la penetración de agua en la superficie y satisface los requisitos de mantenimiento e higiene de cocinas comerciales, baños y plantas de procesamiento de alimentos o cualquier ambiente revestido de baldosas donde se necesita una base de mediacaña con fines sanitarios. DILEX-AHK no requiere mantenimiento ni cuidados especiales y es resistente al moho y a los hongos. Limpie regularmente el perfil con un producto de limpieza neutro. No utilice abrasivos ni productos de limpieza alcalinos fuertes en el aluminio anodizado o aluminio con revestimiento de color.
1. Select profile according to tile thickness and format.
2. Using a notched trowel, apply thin-set mortar over the area where the trapezoid-perforated anchoring legs will be placed.
3. Press the perforated anchoring leg(s) of the profile into the mortar. Note: Install inside and outside corners, connectors, and end caps prior to setting tile. The use of thin-set mortar or similar may be required to achieve a proper fit.
4. Trowel additional thin-set mortar where the tiles are to be installed.
5. Solidly embed the tiles, ensuring full coverage and support of the tile edges, and align flush with the top of the profile. Set tile to the integrated joint spacer, which ensures a uniform joint of 1/16" - 1/8" (1.5 - 3 mm).
6. Fill the joints completely with grout or setting material.
