Schluter Systems is environmentally conscious.
As a global company, Schluter Systems is aware of its social responsibilities to local communities.
For over 35 years, our company has chosen to incorporate recycled materials into the manufacturing of many of our products. We also strive to recycle scrap and regrind materials in production, diverting these materials from the waste stream. All of our products are designed to increase the longevity of ceramic and stone tile installations.
Our commitment to the environment goes far beyond our products. The Schluter Systems office facilities in the USA are heated and cooled using geothermal technology to reduce dependence on non-renewable resources. Geothermal energy is clean, sustainable energy, which allows us to operate our heating and cooling systems without the production of harmful emissions. This alternative to the traditional use of fossil fuels helps keep our air and water clean. To learn more about Schluter Systems’ use of geothermal energy, click here.
