My thermostat DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 and Control4 system are no longer connected. What should I do?

Check whether your thermostat DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 is still connected to the internet. You can verify this through the Schluter app or by checking the thermostat screen.
  1. If the thermostat displays a Wi-Fi symbol with an exclamation mark in the top right corner, it has lost connection to the internet and must be reconnected through the Schluter app.
  2. If the thermostat DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 is connected to Wi-Fi, check that your Control4 controller is also connected and receiving a signal via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
  3. If both devices are connected to the internet, your thermostat DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 may need to be reconnected to the Control4 system by your integrator.
