It is not recommended to use the Schluter app, or any other application or device other than your Control4 system, to control your thermostat DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 (for example, setting the temperature, creating a preset, or modifying the schedule). Using multiple devices to control your heating may result in conflicting settings or schedules that are difficult to resolve.
That said, the Schluter app is required for the initial setup of the thermostat DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 and for making changes to settings such as the floor limit, ambient limit, or other configuration options. Contact your Control4 installer for assistance if needed.
