Why is my thermostat DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 not following the schedule I have set in Control4?

You may have conflicting settings or schedules set in the Schluter app or another smart home device.
  • Check your Schluter app and clear any existing schedules.
  • Review the temperature limits that have been set, as they could prevent the floor from heating.
  • If you have other smart devices connected (through Google Home, Apple HomeKit, or Amazon Alexa, for example), make sure there are no schedules or temperature settings on those platforms that might conflict.
  • If your Control4 system includes a cooling system, such as a smart air conditioner, ensure that the cooling settings do not conflict with the heating settings. Control4 will prevent the two systems from operating in opposition.
