Control4 may not follow a schedule if another system still has an active temperature rule. Clear all schedules in the Schluter app or in any other connected smart home platform to avoid conflicts. Also check the temperature limits in the Schluter app, as these limits may prevent heating. If your Control4 system manages multiple HVAC devices, their settings may also influence scheduling.
