How do I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided on your Shipping Confirmation email. You can also track your package by referring to the order in your Account and clicking “Track Package” under “Your Shipments”.

Orders shipped by courier can be tracked via the delivery provider's website (ups.com). Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.

To track a common carrier shipment, please call our Customer Service team at 888-472-4588, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We'll be happy to help you with your order.
