Maintenance and Facilities staff oversee everything from building upkeep and janitorial services to health, safety, and security. Their attention to detail ensures that every Schluter location provides a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors alike. Administrative and Reception professionals serve as the first point of contact for employees, partners, and guests, providing support that reflects Schluter’s professionalism and commitment to service. Business Development roles contribute to the company’s ongoing growth, helping identify opportunities and strengthen relationships across industries.
Our Travel and Events department ensures that company travel and events are coordinated seamlessly, keeping people connected across regions and ensuring that meetings, workshops, and conferences run smoothly.
