Our Inside Sales team is the friendly, expert voice of Schluter. They are often the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, answering questions, and ensuring that inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally. This team also supports distributors by managing sales order processing, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that products are delivered where and when they are needed. It is an environment where communication, organization, and product knowledge come together to deliver exceptional service every day.
Inside Sales at Schluter consists of two complementary areas: pre-installation product support and sales order processing. The pre-installation support team helps customers and industry professionals before work begins, answering technical and procedural questions about Schluter products to ensure correct and confident installation. On the other side, the order processing team manages the operational details of distributor orders, ensuring accuracy across systems and maintaining a seamless connection between the warehouse and our sales network. While the Inside Sales team does not process individual customer purchases, they are the vital link for our distributors and partners who rely on efficient bulk ordering and reliable communication.
Every member of the Inside Sales team receives in-depth training led by a dedicated in-house trainer. This ensures that employees have a strong understanding of Schluter products, systems, and service standards before assisting customers. With this foundation, the team provides not only quick answers but also informed guidance that reflects Schluter’s commitment to quality and professionalism.
