The item you wish to exchange must first be returned and a new order placed. You may begin the return process by viewing your order in your Account and clicking “Return product from this order” and complete the online form as directed.
A representative from our Customer Service team will then arrange for your item to be picked up and returned, as well as provide you with a return authorization number (RA#). Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date with original sales.
