Working in IT at Schluter has been an incredible experience. Working as a learning developer at Schluter has been a great learning journey for me! I’ve gained so much experience designing and developing educational materials using a variety of tools and software, and I’ve had lots of chances to be creative and try new ideas! I love my department. The team-centric dynamic we have developed allows me to work autonomously yet with support. I love Schluter's DNA in that it's customer centric; it really speaks to the owners supporting initiatives and ideas from their staff, no matter the cost. I love the work-life balance and the PTO we get right off the bat; this sets us apart from other employers.
