Schluter®-JOLLY-P is a PVC profile featuring an 87° angle designed to finish and protect external corners and other tile edges in wall applications. The vertical wall section of the profile provides a decorative finish and protects adjacent tiles. JOLLY-P in sizes 1/4" (6 mm) and higher features an integrated joint spacer that establishes a defined joint cavity between the tile and the profile.

This is my twelfth year at Schluter Systems. I’m not “from the industry” … I’ve been in Marketing most of my career with a background in journalism, so pretty much as far removed from tile and construction as it gets! Here are my three personal favourite bathroom upgrades that I recommend each time someone asks me about what’s cool at Schluter… from my “not from the industry” perspective.

New Illuminated Shower Niche Technology from Schluter-Systems

Shower niches that incorporate LED lighting are increasingly popular, but not every system adequately addresses the challenges of bringing electrical components into a wet environment. Schluter®-Systems is now introducing the Schluter®-KERDI-BOARD-SNLT, a prefabricated KERDI-BOARD shower niche with integrated Schluter®-LIPROTEC LED lighting designed to ensure that all connections are compliant with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).

Why isn't my LIPROTEC LED lighting up or is flickering?

Incorrect or poor wiring connection. The polarity of low voltage V+ (RED) and V-(Black) are reversed OR the circuit breaker is off or tripped. Recheck all connections.
